Experiences

In my life I have had many experiences. I have learned many life lessons, and helpful tips from these experiences. There are a couple experience that have had an impactful

My sophomore year in high school, Me and my friend ,Arialle, met a 3 year old girl that had Angelman Syndrome. We wanted to raise money and awareness for Angelman Syndrome.  The way that we did this was planned and hosted a fashion show and a bake sale. In total we raised $300. The little girl and her parents came to the fashion show. Her parents were o happy and honored that we took such an interest in this cause.  This is something that will always stick to me.

My senior year in high school, I was lucky enough to get a part in our school competition play. We went to other schools and competed against each other. We made it all the way to states, and got forth. It was very eye opening experience to see other peoples plays. There were a lot of great plays. I met a lot of people and had an amazing time.

 

This January, I participated in Central Michigan’s Martin Luther King Jr. brunch and march. I was really glad that I went to both of them. I was inspired to change he world. I thought that it was a great way to celebrate Martin Luther King.
